Flank with black pudding

Hi everyone, I had some black pudding left over, I removed the skin and mashed it with a fork.
Inside I added grilled bacon and onions fried in a pan, then a diced apple.

I beat 2 eggs with a little liquid cream and added it to the mixture.
Then simply fill ramekins and bake them in the oven in a bain-marie for 30 minutes.
