The discarded | Monomad Challenge [ENG-ESP]

Selecting photos to accompany a post is sometimes not easy, especially when we have taken a lot of shots because it is a new place where almost everything excites us and we shoot our camera without thinking much, obeying the impulse.

Seleccionar las fotos que acompañarán a una publicación a veces no es nada fácil, sobre todo cuando hemos hecho muchas tomas porque es un lugar nuevo en el que casi todo nos entusiasma y disparamos nuestra cámara sin pensar mucho, obedeciendo al impulso.

So what happens is that we have a lot of photos available, and although we managed to select the ones that will illustrate our text, we felt that there are images that also deserved to be there.

Entonces lo que sucede es que tenemos un montón de fotos disponibles, y aunque logramos seleccionar las que ilustrarán nuestro texto, sentimos que hay imágenes que también merecían estar ahí.

But the post would become too long, and that's why we can't include all of them, that's the reality, and so we always have in the archives those photos that we like and were left out, the discarded ones.

Pero la publicación se haría muy larga, y por eso no podemos incluirlas todas, esa es la realidad, y así siempre tenemos en los archivos esas fotos que nos gustan y se quedaron por fuera, las descartadas.

Afortunadamente, aquí en Hive hay muchas posibilidades creativas, y esas fotos descartadas de tu reseña de viaje pueden ser las protagonistas de tu post fotográfico, es esto lo que les muestro hoy aquí.

So since I have this blog, I don't limit myself, if I like what I see I shoot without thinking too much and then I see if I like the images or not. What do you think about this?

Así que desde que tengo este blog no me limito, si me gusta lo que veo disparo sin pensarlo mucho y ya luego veo si las imágenes me gustan o no. ¿Qué opinan de esto?

For me, it has helped me to experiment with new angles, perspectives, themes and much more.

A mí me ha ayudado a experimentar con nuevos ángulos, perspectivas, temas y muchas cosas más.

Before I had a blog, I also took a lot of pictures on my trips and walks, simply because I like it, and of course, also to remember those places and show them to family and friends, but when I started in the blockchain my purpose has changed a bit, in the sense that I am more aware of what I photograph because I'm looking to to provide interesting content here, both with my texts and images.

Antes de tener un blog, igual tomaba muchas fotos en mis viajes y paseos, simplemente porque me gusta, y por supuesto, también para recordar esos lugares y mostrarlos a familiares y amigos, pero al iniciarme en la blockchain mi propósito ha cambiado un poco, en el sentido de que soy más consciente de lo que fotografío porque busco aportar contenido interesante aquí, tanto con mis textos como con mis imágenes.

My reflection or message is that in the creative path we should not discard anything, take that picture, write that thought, edit and try again, and so little by little you will get closer to what you want.

Mi reflexión o mensaje es que en el camino creativo no hay que descartar nada, haz esa foto, escribe ese pensamiento, edita y vuelve a intentarlo, y así poco a poco te irás acercando a lo que quieres.
