Colorful German Shepherd || Sreet Art - Venezuela [ENG-ESP]

By chance, a few days ago I passed by the street where the veterinary office where I have sometimes taken my cat is located, and they were fixing the facade, being the most striking thing a mural that adorns a side wall. As it wasn't ready yet at that time, I left for another day to take some pictures of it, and today I went to see it finished and share those shots here 😊.

Casualmente, hace unos días pasé por la calle donde se encuentra el consultorio veterinario al que a veces he llevado a mi gata, y estaban arreglando la fachada, siendo lo más llamativo un mural que adorna una pared lateral. Como en ese momento aún no estaba listo, dejé para otro día hacerle unas fotos, y hoy fui para verlo terminado y compartir esas tomas aquí 😊.

The explosion of colors surrounding the protagonist stands out from afar, it is impossible to pass by and not see it. An old telephone booth breaks up the visual appearance a bit, I think the veterinary office should ask for it to be removed, as it has not worked for years.

La explosión de colores que rodea al protagonista resalta desde lejos, es imposible pasar por allí y no verlo. Una vieja cabina telefónica rompe un poco la visual, creo que el consultorio veterinario debería solicitar que la retiren, ya que hace años que no funciona.

I approached to see the pictorial details of the mural, and apart from the striking combination of colors, the portrait of this German Shepherd seemed to speak to me, his expression is very well achieved. What do you think?

Me acerqué a ver los detalles pictóricos del mural, y aparte de la llamativa combinación de colores, el retrato de este Pastor Alemán parecía hablarme, su expresión está muy bien lograda. ¿Qué opinan?

As for the artist who did it, it is José Vásquez, I remember seeing his signature on other murals out there. I looked to see if he has social networks to post the link here, but I couldn't find him.

En cuanto al artista que lo hizo, se trata de José Vásquez, recuerdo haber visto su firma en otros murales por ahí. Busqué a ver si tiene redes sociales para poner el enlace aquí, pero no lo encontré.

I think it is very appropriate that this veterinary office has invested in its facade including this striking mural, not only attracts the eyes and beautifies the environment, but it is also like a tribute to dogs, perhaps the closest animals to humans.

Me parece muy acertado que este consultorio veterinario haya invertido en su fachada incluyendo este llamativo mural, no sólo atrae las miradas y embellece el entorno, sino que además es como un homenaje a los perros, quizás los animales más cercanos a los seres humanos.
