Good day, I am pleased to have this topic the role of parent and society making children the leaders of tomorrow. This is a topic that is very effective in our world today that everyone but parent and society look up to.

Because at home if a child is not having a good behaviour the blame the parents. In the society like the school the child attend if he start exhibiting a bad behaviour like the immorality we blame the teachers and the school that they are not looking after the children as expected.

I think there is a movie I watched by tittle dirty trip, there are troop of assassins that has a link with principal of a school in brief this student went for a trip and fall in the hand of those assassins and even the driver that took them he also partners with the assassins in bringing people for them. That is brief from the movie by such doing the principal wasted the life of this children almost all of them died only three remain.

Atleast to safe the life of the leaders of tomorrow we must guide them with all sincerity and encourage them without no compromise I will tell us a story brief about a lady and her dad.

There is this man who devote his time on his daughter when she was still 16 the tittle is sweet 16 this man put his daughter in order that anything she do or about to do she share it with her father just because of how he is close to his daughter

In the case of our world today children are running away from parent because because of fear anything small that there children do is beating and even in the society that a law can be set that if anyone caught doing a bad thing will be burned to them or stone to death so children are still growing find it difficult to comprehend even if they have something good to share with the society they will be scared to share because of this kind of laws set by society leaders

Although the laws is good but it terrify the children from coming out to voice out there plight by that children can lost interest in anything leadership but if they can give an understanding law to the community or society it will help the upcoming ones to shape there life and ready for advocacy.

So this man told his daughter on how she can live a life of purity to the extend a guy just touch her hand she told her dad that a guy touched her and is worried that she might be pregnant so he has to encourage her that it doesn't matter if a boy touched her except if she is in a secret place then the boy remove there clothes and sleep with her that is when she lost everything she standing for.

By such doing the father really play a vital role in her life at the end of everything she became the head girl in that school and one of the best students in the school and she has a good moral through that she was able to influence some of her juniors and mate to the right part.

If we can have parent that will play that role as this man then we have great believe that we are growing leaders of tomorrow this are the role to play by our parent

Be a friend to our children
Correct them when they are wrong not bulling them any time
Educate them on the benefits of been a good person
Trust them and don't scold them
Give them full time and assistance
Tell them the effect of competition

By that we are building a strong tower of leadership that our children will be the leaders of tomorrow good moral equipped one self till he achieve his aim.

The society also can assist by organising seminar for children and also organising leadership retreat so that people can develop the interest of leadership.
