SHOCKED// AS I SEE MY FRIEND WITH A COMPROMISED LIFE STYLE

Good day folks I believe you find good time here.
It is indeed good to be part of this community as this is my first post here with this topic I picked.

What has shock you about someone you know well and why?, This is very nice and interesting topic because what my eyes saw today it was a kind of surprising but I just took it as part of life.

Permit me to say am just entering house not up to an hour then I come across this topic I went fo a celebration of one of our area guys who just pass out from Nigeria Land Army which I was invited by a friend a very best friend of mind.

This guy we graduated from secondary school as friends 2017 when everyone dispersed to there place and since from then we have never set eyes on each other for long so today I was passing then I saw his call.

That he collected my number from one of our old class mate who we just met just of recent and we decided to exchange phone number so I saw call I picked and ask who is on the line he said he is the one he mentioned he is name Joseph.

I said which Joseph he said my secondary school mate and he ask me were I am I told him that am by the road side in my area he said I should come and meet him in Jinjin hotel immediately I took a lift to the hotel.

As I reach I was just hearing music people were dancing and I ask him what is happening here that one of our class mate back then he is celebrating his pass out from depot I said am happy for him.

Before I should proceed this my friend that called me when we were in secondary as friends we said to our self that we will not take anything alcoholic nor smoke any thing to the extend this my friend if he see people smoking and he come encounter the smoke he vomited.

This is how he hated smoking or anything alcohol but what I saw today really shocked me like this is a promise we had with each other that we will not take anything alcohol or smoke till eternity due to our closeness we have the same result our west African examination council, WAEC.

Today I saw my friend offering me a cup of palm wine and some bottles he finish drinking and a cigarette on his two fingers I shouted Jesus and calm his name Joseph are you the one is my eye paining he said he is the one.

He is the one distributing alcohol to people I was very surprised and shocked at the same thing I could not believe what my eyes is seeing

I was not able to snap pictures but I have one picture that I snap the table.

I say Jesus you change your life what happen he said I would not understand then he said I should drink I told him am still against alcohol I did not compromise then he said what will I drink I told him coke and he laugh and said am still learning work.

I just told him I can't stay long here and I began to remind him of our agreement before he just laughed at me and said that is the life he choose now I don't have anything to say it was really a shock to me.
