Life tends to bring us what we need, even if we don't realise we need it yet! You've certainly got some awesome stories to share! Your dad sounds awesome, caring for you more than that poor little boy's family seemed to. I guess we should all be grateful for the happiness we have in life, and not squander the love we receive.
