Hive open mic week #285, it's always good to be here sharing music with this amazing community. I trust we all are doing okay...it's week #285 of our weekly concert and for this week I'd be performing a song by Nigerian gospel singer-songwriter, trumpeter and pastor "Nathaniel Bassey".

I have chosen this song because it's a song I really love to sing. The song basically talks about the sovereignty of God, His works, His power. All times and season are in His hands...summer, winter, autumn, spring, you name it. He's an exceptional God, He knows all things, well planned and thought of. He's an intentional God, he does things with us (His children) in mind...for His thoughts towards us are of good and not of evil, to give us a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). The way he planned and arranged everything shows He's a Wonder,a genius. This song is a song of praise to God acknowledging his works and reverencing Him for who He is. Es la semana n.° 285 de nuestro concierto semanal y esta semana interpretaré una canción del cantautor, trompetista y pastor nigeriano de gospel, "Nathaniel Bassey".

Elegí esta canción porque me encanta cantarla. Básicamente, habla de la soberanía de Dios, sus obras, su poder. Todos los tiempos y estaciones están en sus manos: verano, invierno, otoño, primavera, lo que sea. Él es un Dios excepcional, lo sabe todo, todo está bien planeado y pensado. Es un Dios intencional, actúa pensando en nosotros (sus hijos)... porque sus pensamientos hacia nosotros son de bien y no de mal, para darnos una esperanza y un futuro (Jeremías 29:11). La forma en que planeó y dispuso todo demuestra que es una maravilla, un genio. Esta canción es una alabanza a Dios, reconociendo sus obras y reverenciándolo por quien es. Él creó todo en la tierra, es supremo y no hay nadie como Él. Él es el más grande.
