WOO - MONDAY NIGHT RAW : My Take on Cody Rhodes' Hunt for The Bloodline
So, yesterday I watched my recording of Monday Night Raw, and let me tell you, it became heated between Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline. I have been a part of this story since the Royal Rumble and have experienced so much.
First thing first, we should concentrate on Cody Rhodes. Man he is on a mission. Ever since he targeted Roman Reigns and The Rock at the WrestleMania 40 kickoff press conference event if you could remember, he has never stopped. And this week was no different on Monday Night Raw.
After pinning down Grayson Waller in the main event, he put up against Paul Heyman.
Now, Paul Heyman is known for having something up his sleeve every time. But not with Cody. Heyman tried to scare him off but Rhodes didn’t budge an inch. He even took out Heyman’s security without breaking any sweat. How about that for badass American Nightmare.
What I really appreciate about Cody is his stubbornness. He doesn’t care to go after what he wants, even if it means challenging The Bloodline, one of the most dominant forces in WWE right now. And this was the message that he wanted to share: he is a hunter and not prey.
Now guys let’s talk about the possible WrestleMania match between Cody and Roman Reigns. That would be monumental! They’ve been battling it out for weeks and they need to settle things inside the ring once and for all. And then there’s Cody calling out The Rock.
I mean who wouldn’t love to see that?
But beyond matches and drama, what really excited me was how fans reacted. When I saw Cody standing tall at the close of Raw, with everyone cheering him on, this is what wrestling is all about. It’s those moments that give you goosebumps and make you want to jump up from your chair and cheer along.
Yes, the match was nothing special with Waller, but this is what made it all worthwhile: its anticipation. This is wrestling’s beauty; not only what happens in the ring but also outside of it when we are treated to numerous stories.
Now I can’t wait as a fan to watch how things unfold next. Is Cody finally going to have his chance against The Rock?
Will he bring down Roman Reigns and The Bloodline? All those answers will be provided by time alone. However, one thing that I am sure of is that I will be here tuning in every week.
Cody Rhodes’ search for The Bloodline has had a thrilling adventure. It has employed me from nerve-racking confrontations to epic challenges.
Besides, I am eager to see where it ends up after this. WrestleMania 40 will be stupendous.
