What's Next for Dominik Mysterio in WWE?
Greetings to everyone and welcome back to Wrestling Organization Online, WOO.
I’ve been keeping tabs on RAW lately, and it’s becoming damn fierce – especially for Demonic Mysterio. Just watched the latest episode and it appears like there’s some serious beef between him and The Judgment Day faction.
First things first, he declared to have gotten injured in the recent past hence will not be able to wrestle for a while. That is disastrous for him given that his career in the WWE has only just begun. Plus nobody knows when exactly he’ll be fit enough to get back into the ring.
But trouble doesn’t end at this point; looks like there’s also some “judgment day” drama within their own camp. Damian Priest seems to have taken over as leader now that Rhea Ripley too is nursing an injury somewhere. Lately he has been acting all high and mighty particularly after winning his matches.
Next, when JD McDonagh lost his match, he had a confrontation with Dominik and Damian. Essentially, he told them that they need him more than he needs them. That’s when things started to get interesting. It was a look Priest gave Dominic which suggested that he could be thinking about his future within the group.
However, WWE is now suggesting that Dominik might betray Priest. I’m not ruling it out because recently Dominik has been seen hanging around Santos Escobar a lot more frequently. They have been assisting each other out quite often and it looks like they are starting to become quite close friends too.
If Dominik leaves The Judgment Day, it could totally shake things up. And with the upcoming WWE Draft, anything is possible. It’s definitely something to keep an eye on.
But here’s my problem — I’m not sure how I feel about any of this. On one hand, I think Dominik could thrive alone or with someone like Santos Escobar. He’s incredibly talented and has proved that he can hold his own in the ring.
On the other hand, I really like him as part of The Judgment Day. It’s a cool faction and I think he brings something special to it. Also, I don’t know if he is ready to go solo just yet; he is still very young and there’s a lot that he could learn from being in such a group.
I suppose we will have to wait and see what happens next but either way you better believe that i’ll be glued to my screen come show time because WWE never disappoints when it comes down to these kind of things.
