Brad Pitt is in Tree of Life and Roger Ebert gave it a perfect 10 out of 10 because it touched him in a way few movies ever did, Ebert was dealing with terminal cancer when he reviewed it in 2011 and the themes of mortality and eternity hit him hard, he said the film connected with his personal experience more than almost anything else he had seen, Terrence Malick made something that goes from family drama to psychedelic sequences with asteroids and dinosaurs and somehow it all works together beautifully.
