In this ussue we invited @boeltermc, skateboarder, rapper and member of Skatehive since 2021

Hey @boeltermc, welcome to "Crypto Skaters"

• Hello everyone, I'm BoelterMc! Your favorite cryptotrapper and cryptoskater haha! It's an honor to be here in this interview, I hope you enjoy!

Can you tell us a few things about you?

• I've been a skateboarder since I was a kid. I remember seeing the guys walking down the street from home. Walking up and down sidewalks and I thought, wow this is what I want for my life. Work in the crypto area has been for 2 years. I'm also a musician, I do Trap, and I have a home studio.

What's you background with skateboarding?

• I started because I saw the guys on my street. After that I went to ride a skateboard a little better and got a skateboarding lesson. With this I met Jorge Cupim who taught me how to drop skate ramps. He was also very important because he gave me a DVD with more than 2 hours of skateboarding around the city of Rio de Janeiro, with a great soundtrack of National Rap and videos of sessions with amateurs and professionals. I started skateboarding in a place where you didn't live that much culture. Years later everything changed when I met Vlad.

Goofy or Regular? / Grinds or Slides?

Regulaaar. Grinds on the ledges and slides on the slopes.

Favourite Skater and video part?

• Luan Oliveira. Luan de Oliveira - Estilo Brasileiro.

How did you get involved with crypto and why?

• I started in crypto because of @xvlad. He introduced me to PeakD and Odysse. At the time I was super penniless so that helped me a lot. Later on I understand what was ETH, BTC among other protocols. Today I am a 100% crypto boy. Vlad has a lot of importance in my journey, from skateboarding to crypto.

How did you find out about Skatehive?

• Vlad introduced me to it. It was the first thing in crypto I did.

Kickflips or Heelflips?

• Kickflips yeaaaah!

In your opinion, how can Web3 change skateboarding?

• In thousands of ways! But a basic one is to help skateboarders monetize their content that they don't normally monetize on instagram and others. This already helps the skater a lot to keep evolving.

Any Web 3 communities you're part of and wanna mention other than Skatehive?

• @Gnars.

What should we expect from @boeltermc this 2023?

• I went a while without skateboarding and without working in depression. I'm healing. So you can expect a lot of skateboarding, music and new projects!

Any last words for those reading or anything you wanna mention?

• I would like to say that everything that is happening in your life is necessary for your learning. Watch for signs. Have healthy habits. Everything is fleeting. Don't let it get knocked down. Stand your ground, God has a plan for you!
