A Picture Perfect Day; What Does it for me

Filters of life

Each and everyone of us are unique in our own way. This is largely due to the fact that every single one of us, from birth, a filter of our own. A filter that is tailored to just us. A filter? What am I talking about? This filter refers to our internal(intrinsic) factors affecting us, such as gender, age, and our physical and psychological inclinations, as well as external factors such as culture, our immediate environment, families; basically our entire experiences we get when we are navigating through life. These make us unique.

I was born in Tamale, a developing city in Ghana. The internal and external factors affecting me (my filter) will definitely be different relative to someone born in Jakarta, Indonesia or Abuja, Nigeria. Let’s not even go that far, even someborn in the same neighbourhood as me might see life differently from me because our filters are different. Thus, what might seem a picture perfect day for might not necessarily resonate with you.

A picture perfect day

I have had plenty of bad days, a number of good days and and not soo many picture perfect days. A perfect day, for me, would be a day I am most productive. A day I meet all my goals/tasks I set for my self at the same time not stressing myself out. Evenings of a perfect day for me is usually marked with a quick sound sleep at the end.

To have a good day, I have to wake up early. Anywhere between 4:00 to 5:00am. I am quite the religious person, so I do a little prayer immediately after I wake up. I lay my troubles, wishes and aspirations onto the lord. There is no having a good day without a morning prayer for me.

The weather has to be right. Where I live (Tamale), the climate condition is usually hot and dry. So a little rain and a cloudy atmosphere usually sets the tone for a very delightful day.

I made mention earlier that a perfect day for me is one that I am most productive. A productive day is one a spent a considerable amount of time coding and learning how to code. Its true coding can be stressful but there is joy and a sense of accomplishment whenever you are able to execute your code and your program works. I would read a bit too. I am currently reading 48 laws of power by Robert Greene

Another thing that usually makes my day is when I get to watch a good movie or show. The most recent show I enjoyed was The Game of Thrones. I know its been out a while but watched it just recently. Honestly, I wish I never watched it so that I can watch it again😅.

As you might have deduced, I am not a very outdoorsy kind of guy but I do also enjoy the company of friends and family. On a good day, I’d meet up with friends, play some video games and have those deep, good conversations.

You got to the end. Thanks for your time

Yeah a perfect day should start with the right weather. Should not be to hot to walk around and also not raining so it won't prevent you from moving.

Keep up the good work. 👏🎵

Dear beloved Hive creator,

Coding poet Gudasol here to support you sharing your art + life on Hive.

As a fellow creator, I know how hard it is to get the word out there.

I built cXc.world to help creators like us get more support from the blockchain community + beyond.

Share your music on cXc.world, and copy the Markdown for a easy post includes embedded players for Spotify, Youtube, Soundcloud.

That way, you can earn HIVE + stack streams on centralized platforms, as they do still matter.

Not a music creator? No problem. You can still use cXc.world to find + share music you love.

What's next?

Preview the next evolution of cXc, Tetra.earth.

Expose local music from your area!

We're helping grassroots musicians, and you can too by adding their music (no sign up or WAX account required).

Bad news: Saying see you later to Hive! 👋

We didn't get the needed support to continue cXc.world on Hive, as our DHF proposal lacked votes, but [Good News Everyone] cXc.world will add a Markdown copy button, allowing you to easily share your music + music you find on Hive.

For now, we're on WAX, with tools you can use to mint your own Music/Media NFT collection.
