What Pleases God The Most. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

There is no such thing as someone or something that pleases God the most. It is only the Son, in the entire universe that pleases God the most. We could talk about pleasing God but to talk about pleasing Him the most, there is nothing else apart from the Son.

The Lord Jesus pleases the Father because he did the Father’s will perfectly. He obeyed the Father's will completely. He did not seek His own purpose, he delighted in carrying out the Father's purpose. He surrendered everything that was his and pursued only the Father’s pleasure.

If we seek to please God, we must pursue the will of the Father like Jesus Christ did. The Bible says that though he was God, yet he learned obedience by the things that he suffered. He humbled himself even unto death on the cross. The Son perfectly satisfied the Father’s heart. So, He is the only one who pleases the Father the most.
