What makes a true disciple is obedience to the doctrines of Jesus Christ. When we obey the doctrines of Jesus Christ, we are his true disciples. We should always obey God's commandments. Some who is a true disciple of Jesus Christ will obey the doctrines and commandments of the Father.

To begin, we must accept the way that Jesus Christ is teaching us. We must surrender ourselves to Jesus Christ. We have His word in our hearts. We meditate on these words everyday. The Bible says that when we meditate on the word of God, we will observe to do according to all that is written therein.

When we choose not to obey some of the doctrines of Jesus Christ, we are deceiving ourselves. We must not turn our hearts away from God. We obey His commandments always. It is not by answer a christian name that makes us a disciple. We are his true disciples by obeying God's commandments.
