In those days when men began to multiple on the surface of the earth, iniquities also multiplied with it. The sons of men engaged many grievous sins. God was not pleased with them. These was in the days before the flood. There was so much sin in the world. A lot of things which are not worth talking about took place. The rate of crime in those days was high. We cannot talk about immorality and other vices. The world was so full of evil.

It is in the heat of all these evil that the angels rebelled against their original nature and took up the nature of men to marry women. The angels are the sons of men which is being talked about b the Bible. The angels were often referred to as sons of God. So, these angels went in to the daughters of men. The daughters of men mentioned here are the women on earth. We should understand that the kind of offsprings which were to come out of such union would not be that of ordinary men.

These offsprings that resulted from the union of these angels with the daughters of men are the giants. Such a product is that of cross-breeding. So the giants were not ordinary men. We should not look at it as if they are extra large and tall in size. What they possessed was extraordinary nature. They were extra ordinary men. The Bible described as those who were renoun. Men with abilities other than that of the ordinary people. The giants were not having gigantism. People with gigantism are sick people. They cannot do things our great influence.
