The importance of our health is very enormous. Our life is useful when we have our health in good condition. We cannot have a happy life in sickness. We need a healthy body to fulfill our purpose in life. Keeping our health in good condition is very important. God expects us to take good care of ourselves. We must adhere to good practices so that we would give ourselves good and healthy status that will enhance our effectiveness.
Everyone of us does understand that anyone who is not sound in health will not succeed in life. Health is an asset which we must treasure very well. There is no meaningful existence without good health. Wisdom is profitable for direction. Being wise with the way we handle our lives is good. Through the wisdom of God, we should coordinate ourselves and manage our health well.
Eating well is good. There are different classes of food. We should take a balanced diet. A balanced diet contains all the classes of food in their right proportions. Some people eat carelessly. That is not good because some food substances when taken wrongly will become harmful to the body. Sugar is required by the body but inadequate consumption of sugar can become harmful to the body. The same goes for other classes of food.
To be healthy, we must eat right. We must eat those food nutrients that are useful for our growth. We should not eat out of gluttony. Gluttony is a sin. A christian should be moderate in all things. This includes the way we eat.
The word of God nourishes our soul , we should read it daily
