We should exercise regularly so that we can have good health. We must exercise physically and spiritually. Exercise makes our systems work well. When we exercise, our muscles and our nerves are strengthened. Exercise is one of the basic ingredients for having a good and healthy life.

The body needs to be exercised regularly. I have observed that those who exercise have a longer life span and also that they live strong. The profits of bodily exercise are tremendous. Even though the Bible says that it is little, that little means very much to our bodies. Let us exercise. Let us regularly exercise our body.

Spiritually, we should exercise ourselves also. We should read our Bible daily. We should study the Word of God. Also we should meditate on the word of God. Spiritual exercise also involved our communing with God through prayers. We should also cultivate the habit of worshipping God always.
