Dealing With Depression. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

What is your hope? Our hope should be on God. Despite all the frustrations which we might encounter on the way, life is worth living. Life is good. There is nothing too bad about life. We should face life with such a positive mentality that no matter what we are passing through, life is actually worth living.

Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Parents have a great part to play in making their children have a positive mindset about life. They should not allow their children to be so despair of life. They should try to stop the discouragement which might make the children to become depressed eventually.

To the younger generation, life is good. There might be trials and challenges. All of those things are working together to bring us closer to God. We should learn to trust God in the time of trials and cast all our cares on God. We should not allow problems to overwhelm us. We should know that life is good and that God has good plan for us.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
