#hive doesn't have what it takes to sustain newbies. Real work should be put into curation system, cause obviously the curation system is poor. What's the need to onboard more, when you can't keep the one you have?

There is a lot in what you say. For many different reasons, it seems difficult for the Hive ecosystem to retain people.

It seems the same thing applies to LEO. I see new lions everyday but we don't retain them. Are they really new or multi accounts trying to game the #newlion tag?
People usually come in with expectations and when they can't find that, it becomes difficult to stay. Most newbies believe that #hive or #leo is a social media, but lacks engagement like others, besides being blockchain related.
