Is it slowly based on the HE orderbook ????
or is it tied to the Leo price someway??

I think it istied to $LEO and vice versa. It is a matter of time. As the revenue buys LEO, there will be an adjustment in the LSTR:LEO pool that keeps raising the prices of both assets.
sounds about right. I just get confused on LP pools and there impact on price.
I understand how they work and the losses / gains etc... just not the impact on the price of the underlying assets.

Yes, users.
if you delegate to lstr.voter and have set your preference to lstr your rewards are purchased off the market (pool). So there is one element of daily buying pressure.
