When you need to stay up (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all!
This morning, with no real reason, I felt myself a little down. Nothing happened, but my mood was not ok. Maybe because my hypothyroidism or maybe because artists are up and down like the sea waves in their creative time or maybe for some reasons I don't know, but I know that the down time run away as the same way it comes to me and so I have to wait. Thinking about my mood, sure, I felt the need to stay up and so, after a long walk to relax myself and to clean my mind I painted the following artwork:

As you can see in the pics, the subject of this artwork is one of my usual women in my own illustrative style with some red little balloons on the hair. Maybe those balloons are helping her to stay up. 😊
This piece is an oil painting (with just some touches of white ink I used for the lace collar) on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting her so you can see the process too:
