The wanderer (oil on paper)

An happy Sunday to you all, I hope you're having a nice day!
Today, after some rainy day, there is a light sun on the sky over my city and so, after the lunc, me and my hubby @paolobeneforti could walk along the side of the river close to my home to relax our minds and to move our old bones. ^_^
When I come back at home I felt myself in the right mood to work on a new painting, also because I have an idea in my mind: to represent a "wonderer" using my own illustrative style and my own usual characters.

To represent the theme "wonderer" I thought to use the long dress of my character, painting on it a bird (to represent the freedom), a long road, houses and trees.
In the following pics, you can see the final result:

As you can see, the subject is one of my character with no hair and simple lines to draw the face. To be honest, I like the final result and I'll work on other similar ones soon.
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, in the following pics, you can see the steps of the process to paint it:
