The tree house (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all! Another working week just started and even if the weather is not so good today, I'm ready to work with my colors and brushes close to the open window to breath the fresh air and to paint under the natural light (crossing my fingers to have some other couple of hours of light because the sky is full of dark clouds alla round).

This morning I woke up soon like I use to do every day and, after a cup of hot coffee and after I gave food to my furry friend Richy, I decided to sketch some new ideas on my sketchbook. I left my hands and my imagination free to work and, in the following pics, you can see the final result of that sketch/study:

As you can see, it's a scene about a small house on a tree. I added a couple of clouds close to the house and a long long rope ladder from the door to the ground where there are a tiny human figure and a tiny animal.
It's a mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on around 150 gsm paper of a page in my new sketcbook and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:

I think I'll paint a similar scene in one of my next artwork. 😊
