The little woman (oil on paper)
Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all!
I hope you spent a nice weekend. A new working week is just started and this morning, as I use to do every day,I woke up soon to work on a new artwork during the first, silent hours of the day, when everyone around me seems so quiet and I can easely focus my mind on my art.
After the first cup of coffee of my day, I started to work with my brushes and colors and, in the following pics, you can see the final result of my new piece:
As you can see, the subject is a little woman with a rounded head and a delicate lace collar around her neck. On her hair I added one of my usual tiny scenes about home: a sort of village with some trees. ^_^
Before to work on this painting, I painted this subject on my sketchbook to understand if she could work on a piece:
The artwork I painted this morning is an oil painting (with a touch of white ink) on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do every time I paint something new, I took some pics while I was painted her :
Soon I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home!
