The horse and the plants (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
Another sunny hot day here, the Summer looks really around the corner during these first days of June!
I spent the most part of the morning with the little twins (around 10 months old) of the cousin of my hubby and it was a very funny (and busy, of course 😆 ) morning. When I'm wit them I feel myself like a child and I spent the most part of the time sitting on the roof playing with them, but when I come back at home my old bones are not so happy, as you can understand. 😊

Today I'm here to share with you a new horse I painted a couple of days ago, after I sketched/ studied the first one on my sketchbook around one week ago.

As you can see, the subject is an horse in my own illustrative style with some plants around.
It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting this one so you can see the process too:
