Starting from a simple envelope .

Hello hivers, an happy Saturday to you all!
I had a busy morning today, because I interviewed a young italian writer during an event inside the bookshop of my friend Roberta. Before to start the event I was really excited (high level of anxiety!) but everything went in a very nice way. The name of the writer is Anna Adornato, a beautiful and ironic young girl who wrote an interesting novel about the relationship between a brother and a sister and I'll tell you more about it in one of my next post! ^_^
Now I'm here to show you an acrylic and ink painting I made starting from a simple, old envelop.

In the following pic you can see the final result:

You know I love to spend the pauses from other artworks improving my imagination (and techniques too) creating strange little worlds with little houses and little figure.
In this case I used the envelope to paint an house between strange plants. Using some scraps of paper I created the little uman figures and the strange tree. I had fun to paint them and I had fun to place them for the pics, so I can say I'm satisfied by the result. ^_^
