"Personae": the opening of my solo exhibition!
An happy Friday to all hivers here!
Yesterday there was the opening of my solo exhibition and I can say it was really fantastic! Before to start it I felt myself full of anxiety, but when the first people came to see my artworks the anxiety run away from me and I could live that moment in a better way.
Many friends were around me. Some local journalists and also the local tv came for an interview about me and my work on art. It was very very excited and they had nice words for my solo exhibition.
Yesterday I was too busy explaining every artwork (paintings and my wooden sculptures) and so I didn't take any pics (even if my friends took and shared a lot of pics ^_^ ), but you can see the pics my friend Stefano Di Cecio (a photographer who works for a local newspaper) took during the event here)
This morning, when I was there to open the room to the visitors and there was nobody inside the room, I took some pics just for you:
In the following pic, a "special" painting I placed in the middle of the wall. "Blue like the sky, yellow like the grain", a piece I painted months ago thinking about the brave people in Ukraine, because they are always in the heart of everyone of us.

No no, I'm not in Ukraine, I'm italian and I live in Italy, but the horrible situation that people who live in Ukraine touched my heart and so I talk about it with my paintings .
