Painting on the page of an old local newspaper. 😊

Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! The weekend is just around the corner and today a pale Sun is shining on the sky, but it's really cold and so my furry friend Richy, after his "breakfast", he looked out for a couple of second and he came back to sleep to his warm warm blanket on the sofa. 😊
About myself, I drank my first cup of coffee of the day (I use to wake me up soon in the morning) with a wool blanket on my shoulders and my wool socks on my feet, thinking about myself like an old old woman who have to protect herself from the cold weather. 😉
Yesterday in the afternoon there was a lesson of the art class inside our lab room (my hubby @paolobeneforti teaches art to his students 2 times at week), but the students are more than usual and there was not enough space for me, so I worked on a new painting on the table in my kitchen. This time I started with an idea in my mind: to use the pages of the newspaper I used to clean my brushes while I was working on my artworks in the previous days and, in the following pic, you can see the final result:

Even if is just a sort of exercise or prototype, I like the final result of this piece and I'm thinking to paint other similar ones for a new series of artworks painted on different page of local newspaper.
To paint it I used my oil colors and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painted it so you can see the process too from the start when the page of the newspaper had just the signs of cleanings of my brushes :
