Painting on my sketchbook: the freaky bee/bear

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
It's a sunny hot day here, the Sun is shining on the sky and after a lot of months finally I can wear my spingtime shirts and clothes! 😊

This morning I woke up soon like I use to do every day and, after I gave food to my furry friend Richy and after the first cup of the day, I decided to work about some new ideas to study on my sketchbook.
I think the most important part of the process to work on a artwork is about to imagine new subjects, new scenes or simply new shades of colors you can use. Because of this, I use to exercise my imagination as the same way I use to exercise my hands.
The final result of te new page I painted in my small sketchbook is the following one:

As you can see, I thought about a freaky animal that is a mix of a bear and a bee, maybe a "beear". 😆
I think the idea is not so bad and so I'll work on it again. I used my oil colors on a page of my sketchbook and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painting this funny figure so you can see the process too:
