My tiny terracotta sculptures in form of vases.

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all! Maybe you remember, as I wrote before, during these months I'm working also on small terracotta sculptures. Usually I work on them after the dinner on Monday, while my hubby teaches to the art class the way to work with clay. I place my small working table between the students and I work there on my own little sculptures. It's relaxing and I can chat with other people while I move my hands to model. When the tiny sculptures I mae are dry enough, we put them on the clay oven to obtain the terracotta pieces. After this step, I can give them some strokes of colors.

Yesterday I painted some tiny sculptures similar to the subjects I use for my painting and you can see them in the following pics:

I want to use these little piece for some small installations or accumulations, but I'm waiting the right idea will come to my mind. In the meantime I'm taking some pics of them to help my imagination to work.

To understand how little they are, look at the following image where I have one of them on my hand:

Just to know, before I gave them a touch of white color (I used oil colors for the result I wanted), they have the color of natural terracotta that you can see in the following pics:

I hope you like them and stay to see whta I'll create with them!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
