Inside an old paper box (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! The weekend is just around the corner and here it's another hot day, but later in the afternoon me and my hubby will go to a little village on the mountain with some friends and so we will enjoy a couple of hours of cool air. ^_^

Yesterday, after the dinner, I went to my mom for some chats and a good coffee and she showed me all the embrodery cotton threads one of her friends gave her (my mom she embroiders since she was a young girl and she teached me too). Those embrodery cotton threads are really beautiful and they are in a lot of different shades of colors, but I was captured by their old paper boxes and so my mom gave me some of those boxes to upcycle in my own way.
In the following pics, you can see the final result of the first old box :

It was just a sort of experiment, but I had so much fun to image this kind of paper box with some things of mine inside of it and so I'll work on the others one too.

To paint it I used oil colors, acrylic colors and the white ink. Like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painted the parts of this box so you can see the process too:
