Houses (oil on paper)
Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
Another sunny day here, te weather is warm and I spent my pause fromwork enjoy the air in my backyard. ^_^
I'm continuing to improve my skills on acrylic paintings and this morning an idea came to my mind: to paint some houses on the face of one of my usual characters.
You know one of my favorite theme is about the home and the houses and so I wanted to see how this kind of image could work on a artwork.
I just finished that painting using acrylic colors and some touches of oil colors and, in the following pic, you can see the final result:
As you can see, the main subject is one of my man without hair and just few line on the face. Painted 3 houses on a side of the face and some random plants on the background. I think the result is not so bad and so I'll paint the same subject on a canvas (as soon as possible ^_^).
It's an acrylic and oil painting on 110 gsm paper on a page of my sketchbook and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painted it so you can see the process too:
I hope you like it and, if you want, stay tuned to see my next paintings!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia

Micro paintings are always amazing!
I added it my cart on things I’ll learn this year apart from pencil drawings.
Just don’t know if I have enough funds to pay for the classes 😂😂.
Hey keep up the good work
Thanks! About the funds to pay for the classes I can say you can learn a lot of things in a simple way: to draw every day! To draw everything, people, little things you can see around you, a simple leaf, every time you can do is the best way to learn art, believe me! ^_^
I like the painting
I also love the way it is small
Nice one!
Beautiful and comforting. I love your work!
Thanks ^_^
