An Oval Portrait (oil on paper)

An happy Monday to you all! Another new working week is just started and here it's raining a little. The fall changed the colors of everything around, the leaves falling down from the branches of the trees, the grass and the natural light, everything smells of Autumn season.

Yesterday we spent a couple of hours with my daughter, her hubby and the little princess Bianca (the daughter of the hubby of my daughter). Bianca is a very creative 10 years old little girl and she seems to love to stay here in a lab house full of colors and different tools to draw and to paint. She drew all the time on a small table I placed for her close to us, while we (the adults) was drinking a cup of coffee and chatting all together.
It's so sweet to see a child who improves and experiment his/her imagination everytime he/she can! ^_^
Well, today I'm here to show you a new artwork I just finished. The title is "The oval portrait" (that is also the title of a short novel written by Edgar Allan Poe) and, in the following pics, you can see the final result:

It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted her so you can see the process too:
