A new painting, waiting an exciting afternoon inside our lab!

Hello hivers, an happy Saturday to you all!
After some rainy days, today the Sun is shining on the sky and it's warm enough to enjoy the Springtime air outside, but today is a special Saturday for me and my hubby @paolobeneforti because in the afternoon we will open our lab home to the citizen and I'm pretty sure we will spend some very nice hours with old and new friends. ❤️ I'll take some pics during the event, so I'll share them with you on one of my next contents, promise!

Waiting to open our door, as you can understand, I'm cleaning all around and this is not so simple because like every place where artists use to work, our lab is a very chaotic room. 😉 I know people like to watch this kind of "creative" chaos, but I feel a whisper in my head saying "You have to clean, you have to clean..." and so I'm doing it.

To quiet my anxiety, before to start to clean the lab room, I finished a new painting I started yesterday and, in the following pics, you can see the final result:

As you can see, the subject is one of my usual female figures with a long dress where I painted the shape of a cat.
It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painting her so you can see the process too:
