Wednesday Walk through Garden Rooms

I planted an area in the backyard last year.
It was dismal, and I thought that it was a garden fail.
If you care to check out my post then,
it was HERE and a photo from last year below.

Nevertheless
I wanted to give the garden
another try and
give another chance.

So this planting season I cleaned it up,
and started all over again.








The survivalgardener says: “Every failure is a chance for us to reassess our gardening methods, our pest control, our crop varieties and our own thinking. It’s good to fail now, before things get any uglier. If you’re not actively growing and learning now, you might be in for a rocky road in the future.”

On the opposite side are flowers!

The flowers give color to the backyard. It is awfully sunny at the back, the plants are exposed to the heat of the sun the entire day.

The side yard is another story.

I love the side yard.
The side yard is where
I sit in the morning for coffee.

It receives partial sun,
starting about 11 AM till 3 PM.
It has been an ideal place for my rose tree!

It spring... and soon it will be summer! It get pretty hot here during summer. But my rose tree keeps flowering!

It's in the 50s today, but yesterday it was in the 70s. Spring may finally have come to NW PA.:)

I don't know whether it was intelligent, but I planted the same vegetables as last year, !LOL

I think the secret to failing at things in life is to learn from our failure and improve @silversaver888!😇

Your flowers look beautiful! I wish you better luck this year with the tomatoes. I'm constantly fighting aphids here for some reason. Your year looks really pretty!

And I've already learned a few mistakes.
Spent another $50 at the local garden shop.
Added live Basil and Parsley today.
And enjoyed it in the process.

It looks like you are off to a good start! We had frost last night, so it's still a bit early to try yet. I am going to give it one more try this year. If it fails, then I will wait until I retire and can dedicate more time to it. Unfortunately, it will be a few years before that time.🤗💜😍😘🌹💕 !LADY !LUV !PIMP

Plant some herbs! Your greenhouse is perfect for that. I have them in pots!
