Like many of you, my days are filled with the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Even during weekends, I'm swamped with Zoom meetings, phone calls, and writing letters and cards to special friends (yes, I do that). Not to mention the endless household chores that keep my home bright and cheerful. The countless tasks I face and undertake each day often make me overlook the beauty of simple, everyday things, such as the lovely and colorful blooms around me.

Without beauty, life would be devoid of joy.

Life, similar to a flower, thrives and blossoms. It’s truly remarkable how a flower can maintain its stunning appearance, regardless of the severity of its environment.

This resilience is mirrored in our own lives.

Although we encounter myriad obstacles and challenges that seek to bring us down, it is crucial that we shield the beauty within us from the negativity surrounding us. Just as a flower’s beauty endures through harsh conditions, our inner beauty must remain untarnished despite the adversities we face. Embracing this analogy, we can find strength and hope in knowing that our own resilience can help us flourish, no matter the circumstances.

Everyone experiences love and its blossoming at different points in their lives.

The connection between love and flowers is truly intriguing! Imagine a flower blooming effortlessly, without any attention or nurturing. It's hard to envision, right? In the same way, think of two people falling in love without the presence of flowers—without roses or daisies gracing their moments.

Flowers symbolize care, effort, and the beauty of relationships.

They represent the tenderness and dedication needed for love to flourish. Just as a garden requires tending, love needs nurturing and attention. The presence of flowers highlights the beauty and growth of romance, making it even more special and memorable.

So, it’s not just about the flowers themselves, but the sentiment and effort they embody.

When we see flowers in the context of love, we are reminded of the care and dedication that helps love bloom. It's a beautiful metaphor for the tender cultivation that both love and flowers require to thrive.

Romance and flowers have always walked hand-in-hand through

the chapters of human history, mingling their beauty to create stories that bloom in the corners of our hearts. Although it might sound whimsical, envisioning a world where love buds into something beautiful without flowers is almost like imagining spring without the scent of blossoms—it feels incomplete. Because like flowers, love needs care, effort, and attention to truly bloom. 🌸

Awwww shucks lol. Thank you, dear soul. Today is a good day! Why? We woke up!! That's the best part of each day and something I used to take for granted. My health has NOT gotten worse... that's a good thing! My fiance and I do what we can each day to care for my mother. NO big plans today really! But I do hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

Our plans went astray yesterday Amazon delivered soem more brick stes for me, but my wifes dots kit got lost in transit, ended up just receving an open and empty bag

I ordered her another one yesterday well two and they should with luck arrive today

Yeah was good we could get another one quickly, my wife is addicted to them spent most of yesterday working on hers at oen end of the table and me building a kit at the other, finished the van and half way through a book cafe french style builsding

I've been doing a bit of yard work and my new Daffodils are just peeking out of the flower bed a bit early. New is a heavily discounted Christmas Cactus that needs some personal attention. I'm ready for Spring.

I do love roses; the way they smell and look and the details. So, for a formal flower that would be the one. For more of an informal flower, it would have to be the digitalis! There is a season here in the NW called 'digi' season, known to all those who are crazy for digitalis! I would be one of those!
