Remember the viral Dubai Chocolate I featured sometime ago?

It seems that anything with pistachio cream, kataifi, and chocolate goes viral, like this Dubai Chocolate Strawberries! It is a similar recipe, but with fruit- strawberries!

I was hungry and didn't want to go through all the trouble of melting the chocolate and whipped cream, so I skipped it; plus, I also skipped the added step of mixing kataifi and pistachio butter before putting it on top of the strawberries.

For this recipe, I only used 3 ingredients:

• Kataifi - a shredded pastry dough that is used in Middle Eastern desserts.
• Pistachio Butter or pistachio cream
• Strawberries

First, toast a handful of kataifi. Place the kataifi in a skillet. Stir it constantly until it is golden brown.

Second, haul the strawberries, sliced them up, and place them in a bowl (or a cup).

Third, spoon pistachio cream on top of the strawberries.

Fourth, top it with toasted kataifi.

Then...

E A T and enjoy!!!

It's delicious!

Can you tell? I finished it... like fast!
I realize that these may not be common ingredients, but if you have pistachio butter and kataifi in your fridge, try it!

Or perhaps, I should do it again, when I am not in a hurry, and with chocolate, lol.
