Sandpaper, we know it as a small piece of small paper sandy and rough on one side, but it is an essential in most craft work that will produce unsmooth surface.

In school, we were taught to use sandpaper to sand these surface and interestingly the surface will become cleaner, smoother and leave a better texture on touches and the sandpaper has completed it's mission.

In the company, if you are being used as a piece of sandpaper, then it's a disaster, it would simply mean you will appear in most project, to make it worse, if your leader tells you it is as smooth as sandpaper, then you will be handed the job with most rough edges and surface and your job would to "smoothen it" and end of the job when all is done and look good, your final destination would be the rubbish bin.

Dispose after use, although selfish, but in honesty it exist in most if not all organization. So be careful not to be a sandpaper, useful but neglected.
