Although we all know that saying no is an option that is always on the table, but it is definitely also always the hardest decision to take.

Human nature has it that we are all definitely selfish in one way or another, we have to accept it unless we are saints.
Whenever we are being presented with a proposal, however fair it may seem, the scale will definitely tip slightly to one side just whatever side it may be and leaders always expect reports or subordinate to accept it and not reject it.

But having the courage to reject it, whatever proposal brought to them by their supervisor takes a lot of courage, it's not as easy as reject a suggestion given to you when you are ordering off a menu. There will be consequence for rejection to the leaders especially the petty ones.

But I would encourage all to have the courage to say no, to reject when it is time to say No, always remembers saying no is also an answer, just are we ready for what it is to come?
