Ben had just met with an accident earlier the day, Ben went around making his routine delivery rounds in the night like any other days. At his last order, he lost control of his vehicle and it hit a road divider. The impact was so huge such that Ben swing forward and injured the spine section between C5 and C6. Now he can feel his limbs but unable to move any of them.

Well it is not a great position to be in for him as well as his NOK and friends. From an able young man to be lying in bed and needing help for the most basic tasks of daily living. His wife is similarly is in a difficult position, as doctors are constantly updating her in Ben's condition and she has to talk to an agitated Ben to get him to agree to the necessary medical procedures.

It's also not a great position to be in for his parents, they had to witness the painful state their son they had carefully and painstakingly raise. Their fear for his condition, the future and his young family of wife and 2 kids. They try to help but is really unable to provide much physically or psychologically,

Well I guess no one is able to get into a good position to offer help except for the medical team
