Proportion is not simply a mathematical problem that can be solve easily with a theorem or formula.

When it comes to a population or choice problems, it can get really tricky. As in how do we get all representation heard and balance the rights of all groups including minority.

But being in the minority already comes with its disadvantage, being smaller in number, minority often if not always have to follow the choice took by the majority.

Lastly, let's remember anything big or small start with the first person then follow a minority following and build up to the majority.
