5 Minutes Free Writing - Losing Control
Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Losing Control. Hope you enjoy the story.
Jimmy once again starting raising his voice in the daily team update meeting. This is a sign of him losing control, next indicator would be that he would start slamming the table. Jimmy the director of manufacturing in the company is best known for his bad temper and clear signs of losing control.
He would always enter the meeting room smiling daily, but as the review goes on, and as he sees that many problems, he would start questioning the attendees, next he would raise his volume followed by slamming the table and end the drama daily when he has to attend a meeting by his boss the VP of Manufacturing then he would storm out of the room.
But the team is no longer afraid as this happens daily, never had it been once Jimmy is no losing control, staff started managing him like the weather.
