Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Ivory Tower. Hope you enjoy the story.

Ivory tower, an iconic building that I had heard of but haven't had the chance to visit yet as of now. Every country should have an iconic building proudly owned that shows it's rich culture or history.

Although I do not have the chance to visit the Ivory tower yet but I do know a few of them who seemingly thinks that they are living in the ivory tower. In the workplace especially when so many of them are living in it. They are ignorant to the fact of the feedback of the ground crew. Holding on to the belief that whatever policy they have set up is the best for the company, whenever the company participates in new rating or ranking program, they would set up surveys, pre actual survey surveys. From their ivory tower, they love to read the good score given to them and be proud of themselves.

Perhaps we should send them to the real Ivory Tower and tear one the one they are staying in for them to see the for themselves?
