In any survival system, Land, Sea or Air, there will definitely be a natural food chain of Predators and Preys, chasing after and running for their lives. Be it animal or human.

But the difference is that the predators and preys in the animal world is very much decided by the nature in term of ability, speed and size, some are born right at the top of the food chain like sharks and lion.

Whereas in the human world, predator and prey roles are mixed and confused and hidden especially in the working society where all are definitely working to be the predator in the top echelon by being the boss. there will be a moment in everyone's career where in our heart, we will be shouting "I am not prey! don't try to bully me" and the role might just be reversed when the prey retaliate back at the predator
