After 2 weeks away from the office for Tom who needs to spend time with his family. The first email he read from his supervisor spells a very bad sign for him.
The title reads "1-1 conversation" , it would feels normal for the younger ones in office to receive such email, some even look forward to that so they have an "opportunity" to whine or shine to the mid management.
But it's another story for older ones like Tom, since knowing his boss style, if it's casual chat or discussion, he would just do it over lunch, for the whole year whenever he gets such OCM appointment, it will definitely be a scolding session.
