You're In The Picture : A Freewrite
You want to ask yourself what is most important to us now as an organisation? What is our vision? Is it big enough, or is it limiting us? Is it compelling us to do much more? Or is it stifling us? You want to ask those critical questions. It might not be necessarily easy for you to do it by yourself because you're in the picture.

You assume you know a lot, but you want to share this with your team members as well. You want to share this with your executive management. If you do have them, you want to share them with the thinking partner or your friend, you know, or somebody who can just help you bring some and help you clean out the lines. And the reason this is important is that it starts to help p.
Understand what pillars to infuse in this foundation that you're starting to build. So, if for you, what is important is having people who are passionate about your brand or who are passionate about the message.
You know you're doing an audit within your system to say people that we have here, did we just hire them because they're the only ones in the workforce or because they're the only ones who have talent or because they really .Understand why they are in this environment, right?
And theare y really keen on the vision and they can help us drive it. Now, when they even comment, what processes do we have in place to help them understand the story, to help them understand the passion that we have as an organisation, to help us understand how we want to get to the promised land.
