Well, abroad, what happens is that for everything that they want to be involved in, they're able to do because the environment is more enabling. Yeah, I will not do it. And that's why you have to respect them. These are the guys that are still in school and I'm working 2 jobs.

They're going back to class, they're doing their exams and they're still having to work 2 jobs. I'm still coming out to say their truth, how they want to be seen and how they want to be heard. It's more difficult in this part of the world.

Just because of the. Economy, because the market is not free enough for them to operate, and things like that. That. Rewards are not given to them because of intellectual property. Rewards are rewards against them for through who they know or who has more connection and stuff like that.

It's different from the world because those guys are being removed from the intellectual force. So yeah, the chances over here in this part of the world are actually. You go better. Amen. Now workforce, I mean, my business has to move forward.

I want to be relevant to anything, right? There's no way I'm not going to have a lot of organisation, so there was a thought about millennials being in boardrooms right now to help organisations make relevant decisions or decisions that are relevant to time.
