STEM Field - A Freewrite

We set up camp and for two weeks, 3 weeks, we teach them how to use the computer. To gain interest in STEM fields and in doing that when we now find girls that are truly interested in the program, we now induct them into the She Calls program. So we don't want all girls to be there.

We just want every girl to have basic computer skills, basic use the Internet and then for those that are truly interested in pursuing. From carriers and STEM, we now induct them into the she Colds program where we give them all the skills and the tools that they need to code and, you know, build their dreams and their careers in the STEM field.

We have programs for young women as well, and we have she tribes where we we like to deal with women that have, you know, that are very, very. That are from very poor communities, basically because mothers are the most vulnerable of a park and we try to equip them with the skills that they need to, you know, thrive. We give them skills across, you know, existing skills so that they are not just learning from scratch.

If we meet someone that is a very good Baker and wants to improve, we help. I improve. Build on already already have we just very successful. It shortens the time frame they're going to be in the classroom.

Then after doing that, we now connect them to internship opportunities or job opportunities or access to finance. And then we just build her up so that she can sustain herself sustain her family because we find that when a girl the the, the, the, the pressure points for. Girls is when they leave secondary school. Many girls from 4 homes will most likely not attend tertiary institution.
