Green Sorceress escaped to set the stage for a future appearance. Of course she no longer has a whole city of sweaty muscle men at her beck and call. So now Mary Marvel is definitely her mortal enemy.
Mary looks upset. Upset and gross. She probably had to destroy a whole lot of mud monsters and tentacle plants. Let's hope she doesn't snap and become "Dark Mary".
There was a Dark Mary Marvel at one point. In the comics, she lost her Shazam power and Black Adam gave her his power instead. She had the same powers, she was just meaner and her costume was black. Like, a LOT meaner.
