Asptha's next villainous caper may involve robbing a pet store. Perhaps a petting zoo.

Also, there are two real places called Snake Island. The first is boring, an island in the Black Sea contested between Ukraine and Romania. The other, more intriguing and dangerous snake island is Ilha da Queimada Grande off the coast of Brazil and is infested with super deadly Golden Lancehead Pit Vipers one of the deadliest snakes in the world. This snake island, is--rightly--uninhabited by humans. And really, there is only way to deal with that island.

So I had heard of a deadly snake island but hadn't thought about it being Asptha's home. Also, didn't know where it was in the world. If I knew it was near Brazil, I would have made her look more Brazilian. As it is, she looks more Ukrainian which would make her from the snake island without the snakes.

Lame.

Posting this panel from a Panera in Buena Park, California, which is a few miles from Anaheim. New sit begins tomorrow, but I need to swing by my friend's place first to pick up my car registration paperwork. I hope I don't need a smog check this year. The smog from my van is the only thing to protect me from snakes.
